Foreign Nationals in the Aerospace Industry in any country face tremendous challenges in gaining meaningful work experience while in university due to each nation's export control and visa restrictions. To tackle this issue as a student leader in the School of Aerospace at Georgia Tech (ranked #2 Aerospace Engineering program in the United States), I leveraged my network and built connections to share conversations with International speakers who were successful in gaining employment in the Aerospace Industry in the United States. These conversations have empowered the entire International student-body at Georgia Tech who are interested in the Aerospace industry.
